Annmarie Sartor’s latest novel shines with magic of true love

‘We Met in September’ follows one woman’s quest to find missing husband

MONROE, La. – Annmarie Sartor, author of “The Alexis Marsh trilogy,” returns to the publishing world with “We Met in September”(published by Xlibris). This new novel tells a riveting tale of love, loss and hope through a young woman’s desperate search for her missing husband.

The life of Kathryn Chambers Ellion takes an unexpected turn when her husband, international sailing magnate Ned Ellion, mysteriously disappears. As her world spirals out of control, Kathryn embarks on a frantic search for Ned and answers to seemingly impossible questions. In the midst of heartbreak and the uncertainty of her circumstances, Kathryn experiences the magic that only true love can inspire.

Out of depths of tragedy, Sartor has succeeded in telling a story filled with hope, courage and a love that refuses to be extinguished. Peopled by richly drawn characters, “We Met in September” is an unforgettable story of the power of love, the vicissitudes of life and what happens when these two collide.

Working on my 4th novel - We Met in September. I'll be posting excerpts at

I had a wonderful time speaking to the Monroe Rotary recently and met some amazing people who offered to help with research for my books (a gentleman who spent his career in Army Intelligence).

Book One of Thrilling Trilogy Relaunched: “Truth, Lies, and Alibis”

After the successful release and reception of Books Two and Three of her fiction series, author Annmarie Sartor reintroduces to new fans the novel that started it all

MONROE, La. – (September 10, 2013) – In 2010, author Annmarie Sartor debuted into the publishing world with a thrilling maiden novel, titled Truth, Lies, and Alibis. Over the course of three years, with “Secrets, Revelations, and Salvation” and “Love, Hate, and Fate,” Sartor has completed a stunning trilogy that has fiction fans lured into a saga about terrorism, government conspiracy, murder and mystery, with a touch of passionate romance. After a remarkable feat of producing one novel per year, Sartor relaunches her first book to introduce her newer followers to the story that started it all, the story about a young girl who finds herself in situations she never could have imagined, and comes out stronger for surviving them; the story that is Truth, Lies, and Alibis.

Abigail “Abby” Alexis Marsh is an independent, beautiful and intelligent girl who couldn’t ask for more in her luxurious life. For the past seventeen years, her life has been privileged. She is happy, carefree, sheltered, and naïve. With her father’s career as a powerful US diplomat that took them around the world–Germany, Guam, Italy, Spain, and now the Philippines–she is introduced to unique people, cultures, languages, art, music and philosophies. As she is ready to embark on a new and exciting phase in her life, her father has been murdered–and his death leads her to intriguing truths, lies and alibisthat will determine her fate.

With her father’s death, Abby’s charmed life is wrecked; and her world has come to a screeching halt, sentencing her to drown in an overpowering inertia. It has left her completely alone and clinging to her sanity. As she stumbles through each day, a mysterious and magnetic stranger enters Abby’s life, waking her from her walking coma. Through bizarre twists of events and revelations, Abby discovers that her father may not be who she thought he was and that her lover is keeping a lethal secret. Terrified to be with him, yet more terrified to be away from him, Abby attempts to play a dangerous game to uncover her father’s secret past, her lover’s clandestine vocation, and the very meaning of everything she has ever believed in.

Filled with mystery, drama, suspense and intense emotions, this book will surely leave readers absolutely engrossed and wanting for more. As they get entangled in this web of Truth, Lies, and Alibis, they will only realize that they have been captured by the story just when they arrive at the last page.

Readers have first fallen in love with Abby Marsh in Truth, Lies and Alibis, and have followed her flight in Secrets, Revelations and Salvation. Now, author Annmarie Sartor takes her fans back into the life of the endearing heroine in her latest publication, Love, Hate and Fate: Alexis Marsh Finds Redemption.

Being on the run for nearly two years after her relationship with Damon fell apart, Alexis tries to live her life on her own. She constantly changes locations and identities to dodge from the past that is fast catching up with her. An unknown killer out to destroy her newly found peace hinders her from building a future with the most precious thing in her life.

Fate must be playing an odd trick on her. Revelations about her past and her parents’ history threaten to crumble her already vulnerable heart. Amidst her struggles, the only man she ever loved and walked away from two years ago comes back into her life and turns her whole world upside down. There are too many questions that need to be answered. Will Alexis and Damon find their way back to each other? With so many odds against her, will Alexis triumph against it all, or will the price she pays be worth the life she’s never known but richly deserves?

Sartor does not disappoint as she spins a story that captures the hearts of the readers and makes them wish they are living the highly eventful life of the heroine. Admirers of Alexis Marsh will not want to miss this ride through the ups and downs, and the twists and turns of her treacherous journey until the very end in Love, Hate, and Fate: Alexis Marsh Finds Redemption.
